Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

  1. The studio is located at 5201 N Market St, Spokane, WA 99217, but our mailing address is 2428 W Everett, Spokane, WA 99205. We offer a creative space centered in Photo/Video production located in the historic Hillyard Masonic Temple. Come spark a child-like awe for the creative process. Google “Bottega.Create” to find more information about studio time, rentals, and more!

Do we get all of our photos? How do you deliver them?

  1. The only photos we do not deliver are mid-blink, blurry or unflattering photos you won’t have any desire to see. We don’t send any RAW (unedited) files. Your photos are delivered through an online gallery with full high-resolution photos and NO watermarks. You’ll have full access to your photos; you can share them right away and order prints through the gallery!

Are you able to work with our budget on pricing?

  1. While we truly want to work with your budget, (and we always try) it’s not always possible because we have a TON of costs to stay in business. You can split the payments between multiple cards, or monthly payment plans before or after the wedding. Also some vendors may give you a discount if; 

1) Your wedding is on a weekday

2) Your wedding is during the “off” season (December-February)

Do I need a second photographer?

  1. Although we are completely capable of photographing weddings with one shooter, (usually Dominick Steen) we believe there are huge benefits to having a second photographer, especially for weddings with over 100 guests. A second shooter is there to capture moments and details when our attention is on you. Having another perspective helps to tell your full wedding story. For example, while we are taking family photos post-ceremony the second photographer can capture guests at cocktail hour. Having 2 photographers allows for the day to run more efficiently. If your wedding has 80+ guests, we highly recommend a second photographer.

What if I cancel / reschedule our wedding?

  1. Your deposit is non-refundable. If there is something like a serious family emergency, a natural disaster, or pandemic on the same day as your wedding, we can definitely work together to reschedule. We unfortunately can’t guarantee that your selected photographer will be available on the new date you select to have your wedding. If this should happen, we can send another team member to your wedding whom we trust will do an amazing job.

 Do you meet clients in person before booking? How do we book?

  1. Look at website menu under “booking” and schedule a free consultation today. We understand scheduling in person meetings can be difficult. If you can’t make it, or you live in another state, you’ll receive a calendar invite and a link to hop on the Zoom call. After you reserve your date on our booking site, we’ll send a online contract and you’ll pay the non-refundable deposit. Your remaining balance is due on your wedding date. Easy peasy! Payment plans are also available. 

 How long does it take to schedule a consultation,  and what happens during the meeting?

  1. Once we receive your inquiry, we will respond within 72 hours to set up the consultation meeting, or conference call! This is where we get to know each other, talk about the vision for your day, and go over any questions you may have for us.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy for all physical items is through “Passgallery.com.”

We can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. “Pass” is the company who accepts payment, and then pays us!

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by ‘Passgallery.com”, they will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

No exchanges are allowed. All sales are final.
